Silver Tech Assistance is a home technology company that assists the aging silver community. We assist with your everyday tech devices like cell phones, laptops, tablets, TV's, Alexa, streaming and more. We are dedicated to serving those in their prime silver ages in 55 and older homes and communities.
S.T.A was founded by Owner/Operator Hector Rosa a proud Veteran, Ret. Police Officer and Tech Specialist. Hectors' passion to help those in need is a testament to his upbringing, faith, training and family.

Set up and configure one of your existing smart hubs (Alexa/Google Nest).
Connect your smart home devices to your smart hub.
Install and connect any associated mobile application.
Demonstrate smart hub functionality.
**If necessary, connect your Alexa/Google Nest to emergency services and/or emergency contacts
Assess installation area.
Connect existing audio and video equipment in one room.
Connect capable devices to an existing wireless network.
Give a walk-through of the new system.
Setup and configure all necessary peripherals.
Connect all necessary video components and cables.
Configure a supplied sound bar if applicable.
Assure the proper set up of necessary peripherals (Remote Control, 3D glasses, etc.).
Configure with an existing wireless network.
Explain capabilities and limitations.
Inspect your current AV connections.
Connect device's video to output to your TV.
Configure device's audio to output to your preferred audio source.
Connect device to Wi-Fi if applicable.
Demonstrate device functionality.

Connect the new lock to the existing Wi-Fi network if applicable.
Perform first-time setup.
Download the app, sync to the device, and create an initial digital keyset if applicable.
Demonstrate commonly used lock features.
Note: Not all smart door locks are compatible with your existing door.
Perform system updates.
Remove unwanted programs.
Help setup user accounts.
Test hardware and software functionality.
Optimize computer startup.
Setup user profiles.
Ensure compatibility and install software.
Perform any necessary software updates.

Basic Home Maintenance
Professional assembly of indoor and outdoor furniture items.
You provide the parts and instructions, we'll handle the rest.
Service includes assembly of one item.
We will inspect all existing rails and grab bars then add any additional safety equipment that is requested to ensure that you can age in place as safely as possible.

We'll change out your indoor, outdoor, light bulbs.
Inspect and/or replace provided HVAC filters.
Inspect and/or replace provided refrigerator filters.
Inspect and tighten handrails.
Assess windows and doors.
Assess dryer vents.
Assess home main water shut off valve if accessible.
Service includes 5 bulb changes.
Add as many additional bulb changes as you need during booking.
